Authoria Appoints Joseph Kaddis VP of Sales
Former Panorama Veteran will Report to CEO Jim McDevitt

Authoria has announced the appointment of Joseph Kaddis, Jr. as vice president of sales. He brings 18 years of enterprise software industry sales experience, the majority of which has been spent in high-growth companies such as Microsoft and Hyperion, to this post. He joins Authoria with a track record in developing product strategies, providing business solutions into a range of vertical markets, and building sales teams. Mr. Kaddis will report directly to Authoria CEO and President Jim McDevitt.
Mr. Kaddis was most recently vice president of North American Sales and Business Development for Panorama Software where he was responsible for the overall management, strategic direction and growth of the company's direct, technical and consulting sales teams. Prior to his time at Panorama Software, Mr. Kaddis served as director of financial services for North America at Hyperion (which was acquired by Oracle in April of 2007), where he managed revenues of more than $50 million. Among Mr. Kaddis' achievements at Hyperion was the conception, development and execution of a vertical go-to-market selling strategy. Mr. Kaddis began his career at Microsoft as a sales representative managing major accounts, including GE, Pepsi and GTE, among others.
