(September 9, 2002) - Fiorano Software Inc. and Pramati Technologies have formed a relationship that will enable enterprises to extend and enhance their IT infrastructure at a reduced TCO. The two companies will work together on technology and marketing initiatives focusing on the global e-business and integration markets.
Pramati, the widely regarded application server and development tools provider, provides end-to-end tools for development, deployment, and management of J2EE solutions. Fiorano's Tifosi is a distributed Services Integration Platform that simplifies the composition, deployment, modification, and debugging of business processes.
Fiorano and Pramati will provide joint solutions to enable customers to leverage their existing investments in technology. These joint solutions will enable customers to maximize their return of investment in IT by binding information flows and processes as they direct their infrastructure toward open standards.
