IBM means to use it to help organizations digitize their information, particularly paper-intensive industries such as healthcare, insurance, government and finance. The outfit claims 200 customers including BlueCross BlueShield of Arizona, Goodyear Tire & Rubber and the Dutch Tax Officer.
