Cloud: Are We There Yet?
No, actually we're in Prague and the journey has only just begun!

Judging from the number of cloud events and publications, cloud computing is here today and here to stay. Reality is that 99% of all transactions still happen in traditional systems. Transitioning the old (the cloud evolution) will be just as important as introducing the new (the cloud revolution). Join me at the Cloud Expo in Prague to see how managing IT as a supply chain addresses both the evolutionary and revolutionary path to Cloud Computing.

In this session, at the 6th International Cloud Expo, I will also discuss the results of a new independent survey: "Unleashing the Power of Virtualization, Cloud Computing and the Perceptions of European Business." This study shows that although adoption of virtualisation is high, European businesses are still unconvinced by the benefits of the next logical step, cloud computing.
