The Federal Trade Commission may object to Google’s proposed $750 million acquisition of AdMob

Bloomberg said that the FTC's staff is recommending that the agency file an antitrust suit. The decision is up to the FTC's five commissioners. It would be the second time the U.S. government has blocked Google's ambitions. The company had to back off a deal with Yahoo after the Justice Department threatened an antitrust suit.
