Microsoft and Yahoo have reportedly hammered out the final terms of their 10-year counter-Google search deal ahead of big foot-dragging Justice Department-European Commission regulatory approval sometime next year. They still hope to close in early 2010. As previously reported Bing will be Yahoo’s search engine and Yahoo will sell ads around it.
